Crane Creek Inn
The Crane Creek Inn is Downtown Melbourne's premier Bed & Breakfast, located directly on the water, just one block from everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer. There are numerous restaurants, breweries, bars, and shops within walking distance. Built in 1925, the main house features three rooms that each have a private bedroom and bathroom in addition to access to a large shared living area, including a full kitchen and a continental breakfast. We also have three additional suites located around our heated pool that have no shared indoor areas. Kayaks and fishing poles are provided for our guests to use at no additional charge.

The Riverview
The Riverview is a two story quadplex located on Riverview Drive in Downtown Melbourne. The property features three 400 sqft apartments and one 300 sqft studio, each with a comfortable queen bed and kitchen. Originally built in 1937, the units in this building were fully remodeled in 2019 and 2020 and are modern and stylish.

Located next door to The Riverview is Riverview Cottage. This 600 sqft stand-alone house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a screened front porch, and a laundry room. We completed fully remodeling this house in January, 2022.
